
DEC. 21st – Ordered Earrings, Still Waiting to Receive, 15 Days Waiting
Meanwhile, I bought an item from a lady at eBay, who lives in Washington State, almost 3,000 miles from me, and received my package in TWO DAYS. She used the Post Office, Priority Mail.
My HSN orders come from Tennessee, which touches borders with the State I live in, Alabama. I can drive to Tennessee in a few hours. It would take DAYS to drive to Washington State.
It’s been 15 days since I ordered those earrings. If I was younger, I could walk to Piney Flats, TN in less than 15 days.
So, what is the incentive for buying from HSN? I’d really like to know. It was not always this way.

@justwanthelp, I’m sorry that your face powder was delayed, as well! From the tracking, your earrings should have arrived today, 1/10. The face powder also says it’s available for pickup. I recommend checking with your local post office directly for more details about available options. Please let me know if there is anything more we can do to help!

I’m truly sorry that your earrings haven’t arrived yet, @justwanthelp! I agree, they should have. Tracking shows a delay, however it should have still arrived by now. We do still have a few of the green available. Would you like a replacement or a refund?

Thank you for replying, @hsn_angela I don’t think a replacement would get here either, or not for a long time anyway. I think the earrings will get here eventually, maybe in a couple more weeks. If they come damaged, stepped on and crushed, I hope I won’t have to go to the trouble of sending them back. Almost everything I order goes thru Morrow. GA Mail Innovations, and that place is a nightmare.
Also, I have a face powder that been stuck/lost in Montgomery, AL for 6 days. Usually when an order gets to Montgomery I’ll get it the next morning. But it’s been in Montgomery since Jan. 3rd. I thought for sure I would get it today, but nope, it’s still in Montgomery.
Ordering from HSN has become a lost cause for me, due to Mail Innovations. Very sad.
