Dead Plants
Item #786-497 had an estimated arrival in June which would have been great for my zone.Instead they already arrived at the end of April.I just returned from vacation and they’re all dead.
Can you suggest what to do next as I’m quite aggravated at this point.Why would they be shipped when we had freeze warnings here?

Well yeah.. contacted manufacturer and still no replacement on plants I have to pay for and don’t have??Anything else to recommend? Or, am I just dealing with a shady company you promoted that doesn’t fulfill their promises??

Hi @alfredito, we stand by our products within our 30-day in home guarantee. However, this is outside of our return time frame and as the items air and on all product pages, there is a disclaimer that all plants ship based on hardiness zones, and that they would come prior to the expected delivery date set in our system.
As a courtesy, I have issued a refund into Spendable Ka$h. You can use it on a future purchase before it expires on 5/27/2023.

I really am sorry to hear that your plants shipped sooner than expected, @alfredito. All plants are provided a June expected delivery date as each plant is shipped based on hardiness zones and when it would be best to plant your plants.
