The mailer said it could not be used on a sale item but the host said it could be. I didn’t try when I ordered and customer service said she can’t give me the discount. That mailer is misleading!

I’m sorry this coupon did not work. If this was in regard to your most recent order the item was on clearance and clearance items are always excluded from coupons. I know this isn’t the news you would want to hear, but I wanted to explain. I’m sorry again.
