customer service email address?

Hello!

Does anyone know of the correct email for HSN and if the address actually works? I emailed and received an odd message that sounded as if they no longer have an email address? I am very confused by this. The easiest way for me to communicate with them is via email.

I am very frustrated with HSN CS and the way they have been handling things lately.

I am a long time customer of HSN. I have been really sick and their unwillingness to work with me in regards to a special offer I received, truly disappoints me.

I am just highly frustrated and very disappointed by them – to the point of never wanting to shop with them again.

I thank you for and appreciate any help that you can give me in regards to a direct HSN CS email address (not sure why the one I have does not work anymore?)
