Customer Service Chat

Has anyone else had problems using the Customer Service Chat function? I always used email to contact, but see that’s not an option anymore. I can pull up the chat screen, but am unable to send or receive a message. My browser that I’ve always used is Google Chrome. Not sure if that’s the issue. Any help or advice is appreciated. Thank you.

@I’m sorry you haven’t been able to reach us. I know how important it is to have your main form of contact. It’s usually Windows 7 and above, as well as chrome to run the chat function. Hi @califgary, it doesn’t have a handle on the bottom, but it does have one on the side.
