
Customer Service Calls
Is anyone else having issues reaching customer service? I called the first time and put in my number for them to call me back instead of waiting 6 minutes. They called me back and put me on hold for 7 more minutes. I hung up and called back and they did not give the option to input my number for them to call back and it just keeps saying your wait time is greater than 10 minutes. It has been that already and no answer. I know they are busy and maybe they are short of help because I have never had this issue before. Just wondering
