Customer Birthday Month Discount??????
I have been with HSN for years and year…I thought every year HSN gave the person celebrating their birthday a gift!! What happenned?

I’m sorry for the confusion, clm827! The birthday offer is available to HSN cardholders, as we wouldn’t otherwise have access to your birthday information. If you have an HSN Card and haven’t received your birthday coupon, please reach out to Synchrony Bank to see if there have been any changes to the offer

Really?? Every single store or business I patronize offer a birthday special. Macy’s, Micheal’s, Chico’s, restaurants etc….I know I have received something in the past from HSN during my birthday month as has my sister…HSN customer service has changed since the restructuring…I do not or have not gotten birthday offers from my credit cards….what are you talking about…extremely disappointed in HSN.
