
Curtis Stone Electric 14" Skillet
I ordered this skillet fry Pan and it was defective. I contacted Curtis stone’s company within the warranty period and they sent me a new one. I received it and opened it today and there is no power cord inside the Box. I contacted Curtis Stone customer service and they told me that I needed to contact HSN to get the power cord. Please advise how I get the cord. I am shocked that Curtis doesn’t have better customer service. I will never purchase another piece in his line if this is not remedied by HSN and I will tell my friends not to order either. Very disappointing since I have a KITCHEN FULL of his products. Thank you for your prompt response.
