I purchased and paid completely a Kitchen Aid Mixer $265.00, an Air fryer $110.00, 2 perfume gift Sets of Tresor $90.00 each, paid off with my cc completely.I received a damaged Tresor set broken perfume bottle,I called customer service, a gracious agent offered me a credit of $25.00, which would cover 1 payment if I accepted a replacement, I agreed, but I kept damaged set plus I ordered a 2nd set.I paid for both sets.. I have called serveral times and each agent will not allow me to explain and will not recognize give me the $25.00 credit. I am being forced to pay for a credit an agent offered me for the inconveniences I had, now HSN is sending me to collections for $18.00, if I want to defraud HSN, why would I pay my purchases completely and on time. I purchased over $400.00 in products, why would I negate $18.00?????????? HSN customer service has been unreasonable, unfair and is refusing to recognize a $25.00 credit their agent offered me for the inconvenience of receiving a damaged product. It is the principal of the matter.
