Hi, I just placed an order xxxxxxxxxx & xxxxxxxxxx for 2 of Iman’s bags and tried to use a coupon I received in the mail for $10.00 off of $30 or more, code 189821. It won’t go thru. Can you please check why? Thanks, Jane

We’ll be happy to issue a refund on the order for the coupon amount, however we’d need to wait until your order ships and the charge to settle before we can.
