coupon problem

Coupon 187750 has been on my account all month. It can be used as many times as you want and expires 2-28. I have already used it several times. This morning it is no longer listed under my available coupons and wont allow me to use it. It is still on my homepage however. Can you please add this back to my account so I can continue to use until the end of the month. Thank you
