Coupon on order disappeared
I placed an order for the Wolfgang Puck 8-Quart Programmable Pressure Cooker on 8/19 and used a coupon for 20% off that went through on my order.
It was $99.95 – $19.99 (coupon) = $79.96 + $5.00 (tax) = $84.96
When I pressed submit order, that was the total which went through. I didn’t print out the invoice because you always get an email with all the details.
Today when I went to check on the order, I noticed the total cost was $106.20. I called customer service, and was told there was nothing they could do without the coupon #. Of course, I didn’t write the number down. I always copy and paste online. The coupon # has disappeared from the hsn.com site. It was supposed to be good for a single purchase until 12/30/19 or 12/31/19.
The coupon was the reason I purchased this pressure cooker. It made it a great deal. I plan on returning it as soon as it arrives. I don’t think I should have to pay return shipping since this was not my mistake.
Anyone else have this coupon disappear after using it on the 19th?

I’m sorry the coupon code didn’t stick to your order! We went ahead and refunded the $19.99 back to your method of payment. Our apologies on the inconvenience.

That happened to me a couple weeks ago, but I noticed it the same day. I still had the coupon number and they applied it to my order.
I also had a coupon for 8/19-20 and I haven’t deleted it from my email yet. It was 186397. Go back to customer service and see if that will work.

I do believe that was the coupon code I used. Appreciate your help, but HSN_Jordan has taken care of it already and so promptly. A big thanks to you, though.
