Coupon issue (7/1)

Hello HSN!
I had a hard time using my 20% off coupon from yesterday (I believe the code was 180831) – had a hard time with the site freezing up – tried chat feature, however, that did not work for me either.

Is there anyway I can get the difference in a credit or even spendable cash (think difference would have been $12/$15ish). It was the 20% off coupon that was from yesterday 7/1 (again, I believe coupon number was 180831).
