
Coupon for today and my spendable cash didn't work.
I attempted to buy a jade ring today. Item 902-156. Price $84.98. When I submitted the order with my spendable cash and coupon from today, the website said I was successful in applying those both the kash and the $20.00 coupon. So I submitted the order. Good thing I looked at my order status. Neither was applied. I cancelled the first order as I thought maybe I made a mistake. Nope. I submitted the order again. Told me again everything was applied only to discover that it wasn’t. I cancelled the order. I was planning to buy the whole set. Earrings. bracelet, necklace. Forget it.

Thank you, Kymberlie for your timely response. I’m really not completely satisfied with your answer. But you were trained to say what you’ve told me. Believe me, this is not about you. This is about the fact that the coupon didn’t work. I followed the rules. Twice. I understand that if something like that happens, I can call CS. It’s not about that either. It’s about this archaic website. Slow. Never up to date on sizes or quantity that’s available. Size charts missing. Prices have hit the roof for non-quality goods. You could say that I’m a dissatisfied customer. Here’s why I don’t like that generic answer you sent me–It’s that HSN messed up so many times, in so many ways and now they want me to email Customer Care. Seems like passing the buck to me.
