Coupon Code Not Working
Did anyone receive a coupon code for 20% off one item, March 25-April 14? I received a card in the mail and a number of emails promoting the code. I tried using the code twice yesterday (Sunday, April 12th) during the free shipping weekend. I got an invalid message both times. Both items were discounted and labeled “Appreciation Price.” Is that why the code didn’t work? I looked at the terms of the code, but it gave no indication that sale pricing was excluded. Any tips for using the code before it expires?

It was code 267089, 20% off one item, March 25-April 14. I had two items that I ordered, and I was going to use the code on one of the items. The first item I ordered was 926-703, Bellezza Goldtone Bronze earrings. The code didn’t work, but I ordered the earrings anyway. Just a little later, I decided to order 862-047, WynneLayers Chiffon Jacket, because there was only one left in my size. The coupon didn’t work on that one either. I appreciate you taking the time to check on the problem. Thank you!
