Coupon code not working

I can rarely get coupon codes to work. I think they have many restrictions of what it could be used for. If I can’t get it to work, I don’t buy it.

I’m having the same issue with a different coupon code. It says valid for multiple uses, but every time I try to use it, it says invalid. I did use it once already, but it says multiple uses. I have only one item in my basket and it’s not on sale or on clearance. It still won’t work. Is there a secret to using coupon codes?

Krissy, I tried on item 713-426 and then on 678-560. I just had one item (at a time)in my cart when I tried the coupon code. Thank you for looking into this.

I really am sorry for this delayed response and that you were having difficulties using the coupon yesterday, @mmcs. Do you mind sharing what the items were that you were looking to use the coupon on? Looking at the coupon details, it shows that it is for a single item purchase, so if you were trying to purchase two items at one time, the coupon would not work.
