Coupon Code Did Not Work
I placed an order this afternoon for a product total of $39.98. I had a coupon code 181461 that I received through email, for $5 off $25 purchase. This code also appeared on my account on the website when I logged in. The coupon did not work. Can anyone enlighten me why the coupon failed?

I am sorry to hear that your coupon didn’t apply to your order, @deanna53. I am not sure why it wouldn’t unless the item was marked as a clearance item. But since the item is sold out, I am unable to confirm that. I’ve honored the coupon and issued a refund of $5 to your original method of payment. You should see the refund within 72 business hours.
