Cost of a return
Shocked to find that HSN does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. I ordered the Naturalizer Kenna boots #903-708, but were way too tight. No pre-paid label included in the package nor available to print online. They only provide you the return address and for you to choose your preferred carrier. Went to both UPS and USPS and the best price I was quoted was over $25 and up. Very upset it cost me that much to RETURN an item. I notice there was a review under this product where someone wrote it cost them $50 to return. This is disgraceful. I don’t think I will be ordering from HSN in the future.

The majority of our products ship with prepaid labels, but a small number do not. If you would ever like to know if an item includes a prepaid label, please reach out to us via Live Chat or by phone at 1-800-933-2887 from 8am to 1am Eastern Time before completing the order and we can confirm.

Good to know. HSN should be more upfront about this return cost.

Thank you for your response. You may need to let your customers know up front if the vendor participates in the Easy Return program as this will make a difference in whether I purchase the item or not so I’m not surprised with these unexpected return cost.
