Conversion to Synchrony Bank
When can one expect to get any notification of the change, new cards, statements, etc.?

Everytime I try to sign in it says my information can not be retrieved at this time!! It worked the other night and the past two days it won’t work. I want to see my credit card information. I called yesterday to make a payment and want to be sure it went through. I don’t want to be late on a payment because of this. Something that isn’t my fault but will affect my credit!! September and October is a while to wait. So we just have to keep trying to hunt down information even though we can’t log in?

How exactly were they sent out? I have not received anything. I don’t know how I’m suppose to pay my bill next month!

@ks5, notifications were sent out on 8/23 and new cards will be issued in September and October.
