Concerned over slow refund credits.

Been an HSN customer for a long time.Never had any issues with prompt refunds due to returning items. On my account it states my returns were received by HSN, but none of my returned items have been credited. This delay is surprising, and I’m checking daily for these credits. Any thoughts on why the delay? I believe it’s been over a week since HSN received my return packages.

    I’m having similar issues . Returned 2 items only one got processed (still in the 8 business days windows so nothing can be done), long wait for the refund to show up on my account as well.
    HSN is not as efficient as it used to be. I have been a customer for 15 years but I’m now taking my business elsewhere..

    @breezybee45, sorry you had to return your order. It can take up to 8 business days for items to be refunded once they’ve been received. Please let us know once we’ve had your return for 8 business days so we can look into your refunds further.

      Thanks Ryan for the comment. All clear now, and shopped some more! LOVED THE FREE SHIPPING on Sunday!

      Now a different question……I purchased several of the Today’s Special on the Christmas in July day. Orders are obviously coming through at different times (backorder stuff…blah blah.) 3 boxes of the twigs say that they have been delivered last week, but I did not receive them. Any suggestions on how to handle UPS? I’ve received another couple of sets today with no problem.
      Tried to file a claim with UPS but it stops me. (Weird postal issues here.) I know this isn’t an HSN problem as, again, I received part of my order today.

      @breezybee45, sorry I’m just seeing this. When I looked into this, I saw that some were delivered yesterday. If you’re still missing some, please let me know which order so I can take care of this for you.

      Thanks Ryan! My items that were delivered to the wrong address DID eventually make it to me! It’s always helpful when people in our local communities help each other to make things happen!

      I’m all good…thanks again for being on top of this for me!
