I purchased these as a xmas present for myself. I didn’t wear them until last week. Getting them on & off is very hard for me. They hurt my ears. Are these still returnable until Jan. 31, 2025 ??? I think that was the return policy.

I just noticed that the tracking # says customer return. I just don’t know why the package isn’t moving.

I have a package coming from HSN. I don’t know if it may be my ring. The tracking # is 1Z045E0VYN07864970. It is not moving. A label was created on Feb 22nd. I haven’t placed any orders & I have no auto ship due right now. My order # for the earrings is 2003552760. I have received my credit. Otherwise, I have no idea what it may be.

I have a suggestion. I kept being told that there was nothing on my return about looking to see if a ring was in the gray bag along with my earrings. I called the 800 number I was given and the CSR told me there was a note. I had just been told there was not. I think a supervisor should be present when a package is opened that may have extra items in the returned item. At least a reply would have been nice. Yes or no. I’m not expecting the ring back. I know it’s gone. Thanks for your time.

Thank you. Maybe they haven’t got to it yet. HSN received the package on Jan. 30th. I guess it takes about two weeks. I guess there must have been many returns!

I guess I will not get an answer to my ring that was in with the earrings I sent back. A simple we did not find it or did would be nice.

The lady I talked to said she didn’t see anything about a ring possibly being in the gray bag with the earrings. I had meant to say that the package had arrived on Jan. 30th. She did give me a full refund. The way the earrings are made the post is very hard to open when it’s in your ear. Thanks again, Donna

I can’t believe that I sent it to USPS on the 27th of Jan. & you received it on Jan. 30th. Could you just notify your team to look carefully inside the gray pouch please. I did get a refund today thru chat. They knew the package had reached them. If no one has opened it yet maybe they will find the ring. Thanks again, Donna

My return was processed on Jan.30th. I guess no ring was found. I did a live chat & she said there was no mention of a ring being in the gray bag. It’s my fault for not being careful. I did receive a refund. Too late to do anything about it. I didn’t want to put it back in a plastic container as I just washed my hands. Live & learn. I did get my s & h back. Thank you, Donna

I sent the earrings back yesterday. My husband was rushing me. I believe I sent a moissanite ring back with the earrings! I don’t know if anyone will find it. It’s my mistake. It’s silver & gold on the band. I’ve looked everywhere. Last time I wore it was with the earrings. I don’t expect to get it back. I am hoping someone checks inside to be sure everything’s there & finds it. Thank you

We have your contact info to update you once we receive it. Additionally, because the earrings were defective, I was able to override the return charge, so you’ll receive a full refund.

Thank you! I really appreciate that. I tore my entire dresser apart yesterday. I used a flashlight to look under it & the bed. I know I must have put it in the gray bag along with the earrings. I will pay for the return of it if it’s found. I really appreciate your help. The ring was a gift. It’s not expensive. I just liked it. Now my size is no longer available in my size. It’s not a HSN item. I will hope it’s found. My dresser is all in order!!

My husband will be stopping at the PO today. I put defective as the reason for the return. It took me 10 minutes to get them off. I thought my husband was going to have to use pliers to remove them. I wore them last Tuesday & my ears still hurt. They were just the right size, but the latch ruined them for me.
