
coin program problems
program constantly skips order, delays shipments for months, all you get from customer service is apologies that mean nothing. They tell you that somebody will get in touch with you, but nobody calls.

Not only that wait until u see charges for payments interest charges are 65 a month plus ur payments this card sucks I can’t wait I will never buy from hsn again 41 dollors for interest and when u pay it they charge for paying 25 dollors yes watch it they do stink

How long does it take to get a response from somebody at HSN, been waiting for a while since my last correspondence with them.

Again called HSN about the coin situation being delayed, and just got a bunch of I’m sorry don”t have any information on that problem.

Again another apologize that means nothing. The program is the Women in history coin program. Also a new coin was to be shipped on Oct. 28th and again extended delivery. Now that is two coins that we are waiting for.

I can understand your frustration, @zak428, and I will do my best to help. The most recent order was processed on 10/28. Usually, orders will arrive within 3-7 business days, however, there was an unexpected delay through the manufacturer. Rest assured, the order will arrive on or before 11/27.
