CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR ALL ITEMS I DID NOT ORDER THAT ARE LI
I want my hsn card closed per my request. By my records, you should OWE ME Money!!! I did not order all of the packages that were dumped and left for a day or so, all over my porch and sidewak, touching where a vehicle would park. ARC probably took some thinking they had been left for junk. The last time I called the woman said, “Oh I see you did nt order any Santa or some other yrdpiece, each well over $250.00, and we are moving…..I would not be ordering a ton of merchandise that does not even match any existing colors in our home. Example, Black towels??????? I do not think so. More trees? no umpteen chargers….Look back in my account and you will see I previously ordered several and paid for them in full a year or two ago. Plus I paid for $1,000. in gift cards from my checking account, Na from our grocer several $500.00 visa cards, and what I did order, I told the operator Very Clearly to use the Visa Card, of which I gave her all of the numbers. I have no choice now, but to return ALL OF the Christmas in July, which started in the last few weeks of June and expect you to credit my HSN account in FULL, even though the account is now closed as per my request.
