CLARIFICATIUON of "Price Adjustment' & "Spendable Cash" policies.
I have been a long time customer & have never had a problem receiving a price adjustment within the 30 day policy. Recently I was told by HSN Community moderator Krissy that I could not receive a price adjustment on my items because they were “Special Promotion”. There was nothing on line that described such a restriction. I called customer service & was given the adjustments in “Spendable Cash” which I appreciated but no clarification.
In receiving “Spendable Cash”, I tried using it on several items & only “part” was accepted because of “flex pay” option & all spendable cash was gone from my acct. I called CS & received my lost “Spendable Cash” which I appreciated although CS could tell me why I lost it. Tried to use it again, & lost all of it again. Please clarity “Spendable Cash” policy & why I keep losing it during the ordering process.
