Checkout error

I am having an issue when I try to check out.I keep getting an error message asking to call customer service. I like the convenience of checking out without having to call customer service to order.

Is it possible that your account is suspended? That seems to be the message that you receive when HSN suspends your account for some reason. If your account / orders / payments are in good standing, then you shouldn’t be getting that message. I would definitely contact them to figure it out so that you can make future purchases.
