  I’m sorry that your computer needed to be returned, @smitty1976. UPS return tracking shows that the order was received at our warehouse on 4/15. It can take up to 8 business days for the order to be processed. Please let us know if you still haven’t seen the refund after that time.

Hi @bamarulesin08, I took a look and see that refunds for both of those orders have been processed as of 2/18/2022. You should see the refunds in your account within 72 business hours.
