Chat access?
Why is the Chat function so difficult to access? repeated attempts result in “faulty” and error results and unable to connect>
Customer service is a very weak area for HSN.

Bulbs are defective/do not work and need to return. Do not wish to pay for return S & H for a defective item(s).
Attempted to use Live Chat on your sight but this function was also defective and would not connect.
Please offer a way to return these defective items without being charged to ship.Thank you.
