Charges! Help!
Why was I charged way more than I should of been? There’s random charges for amounts that do not make sense and it was more than I authorized – it’s the week before Christmas how do I get these charges that are pending dropped ASAP?!

@nicole123456 what you are seeing is the preauthorization which does not include the free shipping. Once the payment settles, it will adjust to free shipping.
