Charged without the product on hand.
Still waiting for more than 10 days. Expected to have the product on the 12th of December. HSN you charged my card without the product on hand? Could you send another one instead? Obviously, the package is lost somewhere, since you cannot locate the product on the tracking. I need the shoes before Christmas.

I’m really sorry to see the limited tracking for this shipment, @john101793. We do charge the customer once the order ships. I’m sorry but we won’t be able to process an exchange until 12/24 because of the known delays with shipping. I’m very sorry for this inconvenience.
