Charged Twice
On January 16th I ordered me some AirPods and I did flexplay so when I ordered them a payment of $45.84 came out for the month of January. No new payment was supposed to come out until February which would only be $33 but a couple minutes ago my card was charged again for $45.84 and it wasn’t a charge for February , HSN charged my card twice for January and I would like that money back ASAP ! And I would like to know what’s going on

I really am sorry for the concern this has caused @zareciag. I took a look at your order and when an order is first submitted, an authorization is placed on your card. We don’t charge a customer until the order is ready to ship out. So because this particular item is coming from one of our vendor’s warehouses, we don’t update the order until we receive confirmation from them with the tracking information. So in the mean time, the initial authorization may have fallen off of your account.
The order shows that as of 1/22/2020, the order is confirmed shipped which is why you’re seeing a new authorization for your order. I can assure you that your next payment is not due until 2/21/2020 and that you were not double charged for this order.
