Charged twice for an exchange/ Where are my Refunds
On January 6, 2025 I returned several items in one box. Included in that box were three exchanged items. I used the Return label for one of the exchanged items to ship the package to HSN.
According to the USPS tracking, the package was finally delivered to ‘Returns Agent’ on 1/23/25 at 8:25pm, a full 25 days after I dropped it off at the Post Office. Tracking says ‘Delivered to Agent’ at Piney Flats, TN on 1/31/25 at 6:35pm.
I called HSN’s CS about this several times. But there is a problem with HSN’s phone lines and I was disconnected 11 times and gave up.
Today is February 10, 2025. Ten days (6 business days) have passed since HSN received the package. Not only haven’t my returns been processed, but HSN just charged me a second time for one of the exchanges.
Clearly the HSN warehouse still has not processed any of the exchanges or returns in the box. The HSN CS phone center is closed. I have to wait until morning to call and hope that the phone lines are working.
This is inexcusable and needs to be resolved immediately.
