Charged for something I was denied for
So I wanted to buy a Nintendo Switch and saw that paying on 5 flexpay was an option so jumped on it. The first time I tried my total was 113$ and it denied it. I then tried ordering something else that did go through so I figured I would try the switch again and another 113$ For something that was denied. I checked my banking statement and was charged for BOTH times i attempted to buy something they denied me to buy. Now I’m angry because I could’ve just gone to target and spent 200$ on a switch, but instead spent 226$ on products that I will NEVER receive and I want my money back… NOW. Shouldn’t take money if the order isn’t even allowed to go through!

I’m very sorry we weren’t able to process your orders on FlexPay @cprickett. Please know this won’t prevent you from being able to order items on FlexPay in the future. Once an order is placed, we’ll put an authorization hold for the amount we plan on taking. When the order is canceled, the hold will normally stay for 3 days depending on your banks policy. I see a request has been sent your bank to have the authorization holds released at this time.
