
Charged for package i didnt recieve
I order the Curtis Stone sheets to put on cookie sheets for baking, when I tracked it, it said delivered. I searched all around my house and didn’t find it, I contacted HSN and they sent a replacement order. On my door is a sign we had made to place all packages through side gate and put on back porch. The replacement came and was placed on back porch. I received an email stating they investigated it and was told by delivery person it had been delivered and they wanted me to either pay for 2nd order or return item. I responded I never got it. I attached pictures of the signs I have on my door. They didnt respond. Today the took the money out of my account. I am so mad, I have been a customer since Tina sold porcelain dolls, this is how I found HSN. I have been a customer since but I am through with them now,never again. Also since QVC bought them t

I am really sorry to hear that you never received your original order and that you were rebilled for your replacement, @mhpresenter. I can understand the frustration this has caused and can’t apologize enough for it. I’ve issued a refund for the $25.08 that you were charged to your original method of payment. You should see this refund within 72 business hours. Though I understand that you’ve decided to no longer shop with us again but hope that you can give us another chance in the future.
