Charged for flex pay when denied

It seems that this is an ongoing issue that is not being taken seriously by this company. How can you be denied and still charged?

I would like to know why I was denied and still charged for the initial payment?

Getting refunded shouldn’t even be a question because my money should have never even been pulled from my card if I was denied in the first place, right?

To many people having the same issue with nothing resolved BBB reporting

    I’m really sorry to hear that you had trouble placing your order with the FlexPay option, @gsb209. It looks like your order was canceled because we can’t approve prepaid cards for this payment plan, especially on larger orders, since they’re usually not linked to a bank account or credit line.

    About the charge you noticed, we don’t actually take money from your account when you first place the order. Instead, we put through an authorization to make sure there are enough funds to cover at least the first payment. This is just a temporary hold, and your bank usually releases it within 72 business hours. If it’s been more than that and you’re still seeing a pending charge, I recommend reaching out to your bank for help. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!

      You guys love putting it on to the customer to say that they need to reach out to their Bank when you know well that it’s got nothing to do with the bag it’s got for the fact that you guys don’t release the funds.
