charge date
I always wondered why HSN charges your account the day of purchase instead of the day of shipment. This seems wrong, specifically when there is a delay in shipping.

Great question, @hsnfan101! When you place an order, we don’t charge your payment method right away. Instead, we process an authorization, which is a pending charge. Once your order is shipped, we release the pending charge and process the actual payment. Hope this helps!
