CashApp Flexpay Reversal
I have been getting the run around about my money… $280 was taken out on 4/11/25 and it’s now 4/18/25… It’s still showing it’s pending. I’ve reached out to HSN and they told me to reach out to the bank, I’ve reached out to the bank, and they’ve told me to reach out to HSN.

Hi @adamantlysavvage. I am awfully sorry, that sounds incredibly frustrating! Having your money tied up like that is definitely not a good experience. You can expect to see this amount back to your account no later than Wednesday morning. When an order is canceled with a pending charge, we immediately tell your bank to release the funds. However, it usually takes your bank 3-7 business days to actually return the money to your account, depending on their policies. Sometimes it’s faster. I hope this helps explain.
