Carpet cleaner wheels

I just used my carpet cleaner yesterday for the first time to get the house ready for Christmas and I noticed the wheels do not roll straight, they are whobbley.

    Also, it is under warranty. You can contact the Manufacturer’s 5-year limited warranty department at (800) 944-9200 to see if this is something that can be fixed easily.
