Can't post review. Horrible "Joy" Hangers
I tried to post a review for huggable hangers and it says I can’t bc I didn’t purchase. I got to the item from my orders list so that’s wrong. BTW the hanger colors are way off even my husband noticed. Very sad the quality has slipped!

@pi1, sorry to see you’re not happy with your order and you had trouble leaving a review. Please remember to leave a review you need to be signed into your HSN.com account that has the order on it. When I looked into your account, I was unable to see an order for the hangers.

As noted I was signed in, I was in my account looking at Order Status and clicked on the product link. Due to that I know I was signed in and I know it was the item I ordered!

I have NEVER posted a review for HSN. Every time I try to, I always get a message that I have to have purchased the item.
I HAVE PURCHASED WAY TOO MANY ITEMS OVER THE YEARS.
But I can never share my (often) enthusiasm.
Someone from HSN spent a great deal of time with me trying to find out what the problem was, but she concluded, “I guess you cannot post any reviews.”
So I don’t!

I just emailed the order number. Please note I had included that number in the Order screen shot sent with my original email.

@pil, thank you for that info, I was able to locate your order for the Huggable Hangers and I see what the trouble is. Remember, reviews can be submitted beginning 5 days after the order’s ship date and up to 365 days from the date of purchase. This shipped on 1/6. You should be able to submit a review for this order today.
