Can't play product videos

I can’t play products videos in hsn app on my android phone. All permissions are granted. Any body has the same problem? I get ” error, can’t initialize YouTube player”

    I still can’t play youtube video keeps saying error hsn needs to look into this problem or I am not going to buy anything from them until they fix the problem with their app

      Finally found a solution! After calling HSN twice,
      (No tech support) and Motorola, stopped at the T-Mobile store. There was nothing wrong with phone, as l can watch all uTube and QVC videos…it is the HSN app. He suggested going to HSN.com, and go through internet. Opened in Chrome on my phone. I saved to my home page, and no problem now… better than the app.!❤️❤️❤️

    I’m having the same issue. It’s been a week and I still can’t watch the product videos. I’m not buying anything until I can!!

    I called hsn yesterday said they would look into this problem of not being able to play there product video which is on YouTube but I still can’t see the videos keeps saying error can’t watch videos THEY NEED TO ADDRESS THIS MATTER!!

    I have called HSN twice, done everything possible on my Android phone, and no videos will play on my HSN app. I have been watching videos on HSN for over 10 years, (buy all of my products after watching the videos), and now they won’t play. I get the “TV video screen” with the circle that just keeps going around.

    I have also uninstalled and re-installed twice, cleared cache, and storage, so don’t have any other ideas.

    Hope someone can help!

    I have the same problem. I’m unable to play products videos on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 cell phone. I uninstalled and re-installed the HSN application and the problem continues to exist.
