Can’t log in to pay my account
This is ridiculous you go to the website you can’t login to tell you to re-register your account we will start every time I go in there it says my account is registered the website is an available at this time I call Lynn they tell me to go to the website how to do it Steele do the same thing put my account in there still says account is an available then I call today the lady says OK so are you having problems if you want to pay you can pay through me then I said what am I supposed to do every month call you this is ridiculous this is really ridiculous and I read some of the stories online to difficulties people were having now I understand why there so many complaints because this truly is difficult process and it should not be this should be as simple as pie .
I can’t log into my account either, says something about security so I called and she got in so told me to change password and still can’t get in, this is so frustrating. I can’t figure out how to pay, I’ve never used flex pay and I wanted to just pay the balance and be done with it, I’ll never use flex pay again, why is this so difficult?
