Can't Leave Review
I tried leaving a review for two separate things, and it says that I can’t because I didn’t order it. I did order it and didn’t use the HSN card. Is that the reason why it won’t let me leave a review?

@valk, I’m sorry you’re having trouble leaving a review. The type of payment method used does not matter. You will need to make sure you are signed into your HSN.com account to leave a review. When signed in, are you able to see the orders in question?

Can you let us know that items you are trying to leave a review for? Sometimes if you try to leave a review before the expected delivery date, it will not register.

The two items are Nakery Diamond Glow Blur and Perlier Elixir Youth Oil. The message I am getting is
“Purchase Required
Sorry, our records indicate that you have not purchased this item. Only items purchased within the last 365 days may be reviewed and rated.”

@valk, thank you for this info. I see the issue. This order shipped on the 14th. You won’t be able to leave a review until 5 days after the ship date. You should have access to review within the next couple of days. Please let me know if you are still unable to review by Mon.

Customers can’t leave reviews immediately. If you go to the Order Status page, there will be a link to “leave review” when you are eligible. I think they want to make sure you actually tried the product or something.
