Can't Leave Review
I tried leaving a review for two separate things, and it says that I can’t because I didn’t order it. I did order it and didn’t use the HSN card. Is that the reason why it won’t let me leave a review?

The same thing has happened to me in the past & I contacted customer service, but they said they couldn’t do anything about it and now it just happened again.
I made the purchase and I am signed into my account, but it still states you can’t leave a review our records show you did not purchase this item.
What bothers me is customer service doesn’t even fix the problem if you call.
Things happen but they should fix it if they see you made the purchase, they should be able to help so you can leave a review.-

I am so sorry you were unable to leave a review. The earliest reviews can be left is 5 days from the ship date. Hope this helps!

I’m very sorry you’re not seeing your review, @jadeyny. To ensure I am looking at the correct item, it’s item # 902039, right? Of note: This item is no longer available, and is not coming up with a search on the HSN site. If it is a different item, please let me know so I can look into this issue some more. I purchase the majority of things I buy on HSN. Over a day ago I took the time to write and submit a detailed 5 star review of the Bellezza Bronze 2″ Hoop Earrings. It still has not been posted. There are no reviews at all for this item. Is there a reason why my review was not posted? It’s insulting to ask customers to write reviews and then not post them. If my review is not posted it will serve as a strong deterrent against my spending my time and effort writing reviews for HSN in the future.

Doesn’t explain how I can’t leave a review 7 weeks after receiving my items… I think they know they weren’t good and they don’t want people reviewing them and warning others before they order… I have a link to “leave review” on my orders page and none of them link to anything…

Hi @jdthird. I’m sorry it’s been that long and you can’t leave a review. We checked, and when you click the link, it should load a page to fill out. Is it giving you any error messages when you click the link?

Customers can’t leave reviews immediately. If you go to the Order Status page, there will be a link to “leave review” when you are eligible. I think they want to make sure you actually tried the product or something.

@valk, thank you for this info. I see the issue. This order shipped on the 14th. You won’t be able to leave a review until 5 days after the ship date. You should have access to review within the next couple of days. Please let me know if you are still unable to review by Mon.

Can you let us know that items you are trying to leave a review for? Sometimes if you try to leave a review before the expected delivery date, it will not register.

The two items are Nakery Diamond Glow Blur and Perlier Elixir Youth Oil. The message I am getting is
“Purchase Required
Sorry, our records indicate that you have not purchased this item. Only items purchased within the last 365 days may be reviewed and rated.”

@valk, I’m sorry you’re having trouble leaving a review. The type of payment method used does not matter. You will need to make sure you are signed into your HSN.com account to leave a review. When signed in, are you able to see the orders in question?
