Can't get to my cart
HSN, I cannot get on my shopping cart to complete a purchase. What is going on? I can get on any other website so not sure what the problems is. Please help.

I have tried 3 separate devices and won’t let me finish shopping —- really strange all other web sites working fine been about 3 days —- not on any rewards site either everything’s same as always past 10 years.. already tried wiping everything clean still happening. All billing is up to date nothing like that— am in good standing.

First, you mentioned it won’t let you finish shopping. Are you able to submit the order at the checkout screen or when does the error occur?
Also, we need your browser info including name and version number, please.

I have Chrome Version 136.0.7103.150 (Official Build) (64-bit). My provider is Focus Broadband. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I’m sorry there’s been trouble accessing your shopping cart! If you’re shopping on hsn.com directly through a web browser, I recommend clearing your cache and/or cookies. What occurs when you click or tap the shopping art icon?

It just circles and eventually says page unresponsive. I cleared the cache but it still happens and times out.

Customer Service I have Google chrome Version 136.0.7103.150 (Official Build) (64-bit). It is still happening so I can’t shop at all. It does this on all my devices and you are the only shopping site this is happening at. I am guessing you are losing quite a bit of $. Please let me know if this is fixable. Thanks.

Are you using a reward site. That is your problem. They have in a sneaky shady way stopped allowing us to use rewards sites. I had the same problem with captalone shopping. I haven’t bought anything since they stopped it.
