Can't access community from HSN app

I used to be able to access community from your app. Can’t do it last few days. Shows tags with black smudge at top. Deleted app & reinstalled – no change. Cant get to topics or forums. Went to community.hsn.com on phone to access. Can’t get in either way on Amazon fire tablet. Just shows tags.
