Cannot Write a Review
The review section says “ 0/0 minimum” which means that I have no character amount to leave a message. It keeps saying that my message is too long. Why am I not be allowed to leave a review?

This problem has been happening even before the move; probably at least 6 months. The poster, Sharon818 explained the experience even better than I did. I’ve continued to clear the cache and tried Foxfire, a different browser than the Chrome I tried after you suggested it.

There is a problem with the app when writing reviews. I have not been able to write any reviews since I loaded the app. It has the same problem the poster(s) above have. Cleared cache, tried using both my phone (android) and my brand new HP computer and the same problem. It’s not operator error. I downloaded the app months ago (actually when it first came out) before the move was even announced.

@terripezz, I’m so sorry for the frustration caused by this. I’ve reached out regarding this tech issue, letting them know exactly what you’ve told us, and that you’ve cleared your history/cache and tried a different browser. As we’ve just made a big move, it’s possible we may have some glitches, so please try again when it crosses your mind and let us know if it begins working. I have tried clearing the cache and history. Also tried Google Chrome. Still no luck
