Cancelled orders and no refunds
I have several items that were cancelled due to verification purposes and still no refund. What is going on?? I spoke with verification department, and they said to replace a new order since the verification is finished but i want my money now, please.

I am sorry for this delayed response, @deli438. Are you still seeing the authorizations on your account. Please let me know and I will put in a request to have the funds released.
