Cancelled order funds still held
My flex pay order was cancelled by HSN 4 days ago. Customer service told me it takes 72 hours for the hold to come off my credit card. This still has not happened. I really need this to be resolved today.

I really am sorry to hear that your order was canceled and you’re still seeing the authorization on your account, @niquel. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution to request the authorization be released. The time frame as to when the funds will be released is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds policy.
