canceled order
I ordered an item yesterday and received a message that my order was canceled away my request. But I didn’t cancel it. What’s going on?

I really am sorry to hear your order was canceled, @pattiwolf320. It looks like your order was reviewed for FlexPay eligibility and I am sorry but you are not eligible for FlexPay on this particular order.
This does not mean that you would not qualify for FlexPay on future orders. You will receive a letter in the mail with further details within 7-10 business days. The letter will provide you some further guidance on this and with whom you may contact with further questions.
