Canceled order
Have talked to the security dept 3 times today regarding my canceled order. Had them on a 3 way call with my CC company to confirm the billing address. No help at all.
Can a supervisor look into this?

I’m sorry to hear of your experience with us, @meeee9. Sadly we would be unable to assist in this matter and would recommend giving our Verifications Department a call and asking to speak with a supervisor regarding your concern.

I have talked to the “verification “ dept. 4 times now.
Last call was 10 minutes ago.
They are absolutely no help.
My CC company has verified my address twice now, confirming it is identical to what has been entered in my profile.
I see that HSN is more than happy to charge my card though.
This will be the first and last time I shop here.
