order number 10921672, the delivery vendor claimed could not deliver shipment RXO Memphis HUB. I could not get any information on where or if they could redeliver the shipment. They stated they couldn’t deliver. Then lied and said they tried to contact me. Security cameras show they did not try to deliver, phone logs show they never called when they were supposedly trying to make the delivery. The shipping company can not provide any information as to wheater they even have my shipment or even try to set up a new delivery time. A Simmons king-size mattress just walks off or they can not find it. HSN told me to wait another 48 hours to see if RXO the delivery company will reach out to try to redeliver. This is doubtful because the only note of information is the driver said he could not access the property. Mayor trucks of all sizes access this property every day. I hope the driver or whoever got my mattress is enjoying it. I most likely will not do business with HSN not because of them but their 3rd party vendor who handles their delivery
